shot espresso or ¾ cup strong coffee

scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

peanut butter

milk
dairy or plant-based

Instructions
Brew espresso or strong coffee.
Heat milk if making hot version.
Add milk, protein powder, and peanut butter into blender.
Add honey if desired.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour coffee into a mug.
Add blended mixture over coffee.
Stir gently and serve.
