Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or ¾ cup strong coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Heat milk if making hot version.
  • Add milk, protein powder, and peanut butter into blender.
  • Add honey if desired.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour coffee into a mug.
  • Add blended mixture over coffee.
  • Stir gently and serve.
