A fast vegan iced coffee using instant coffee, vanilla, and plant milk for a creamy café-style drink at home.

Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Hot water: 60 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: 300 ml
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee powder to a bowl.
  • Pour hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  • Mix well until smooth and glossy.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour cold plant milk over ice.
  • Slowly add the coffee mixture and stir gently.
