Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup demerara sugar

Instructions
 

  • Grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency.
  • In a moka pot, add the water and heat it on the stove until it boils.
  • Add the ground coffee and sugar to the moka pot, making sure to layer them.
  • Screw on the top of the moka pot and place it on the stove over low heat.
  • Allow the coffee to brew for approximately 5 minutes, or until the top chamber is full.
  • Serve the coffee in small espresso cups and enjoy!
