- 1 box vanilla cake mix plus ingredients to prepare it
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream softened
- 1 1/2 cups edible cookie dough
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional
- 1/4 cup crushed cookies optional for garnish
Bake the vanilla cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
Slice the cake horizontally into two thin layers.
Line the springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
Place the first cake layer at the bottom of the pan.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cake layer.
