This layered dessert combines cookie dough, ice cream, and cake to create a decadent treat perfect for special occasions or random Tuesdays.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix plus ingredients to prepare it
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 1/2 cups edible cookie dough
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup crushed cookies optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake the vanilla cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
  • Slice the cake horizontally into two thin layers.
  • Line the springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Place the first cake layer at the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cake layer.
  • Press small chunks of edible cookie dough into the vanilla ice cream layer.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  • Add the second cake layer on top.
  • Spread chocolate ice cream evenly over this layer.
  • Top with whipped topping, mini chocolate chips, and caramel sauce for flair.
  • Freeze the entire cake for at least 3 hours before slicing.
