Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix plus required ingredients for baking
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Bake the Funfetti cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
  • Slice the cake into two layers.
  • Line the springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Place the first layer of cake at the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the cake.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  • Add a layer of chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla.
  • Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for added drama.
  • Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
