Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients for preparation
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped brownies for topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare brownies according to package instructions and let them cool completely.
  • Slice brownies into two layers.
  • Spread softened vanilla ice cream on the first layer of brownies.
  • Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
  • Place the second brownie layer on top.
  • Freeze the assembled cake for 1 hour.
  • Frost with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped brownies.
  • Freeze again for 3 hours before serving.
