Ingredients
  

  • Espresso coffee powder or beans: 18 grams
  • Filtered water: 30 ml
  • Unsweetened dark cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
  • Peppermint extract: 2–3 drops
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup: 1–2 teaspoons
  • Vegan dark chocolate: 10 grams finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew 30 ml espresso using 18 grams coffee.
  • Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan until steaming.
  • Whisk cocoa powder into the warm milk until smooth.
  • Add maple syrup and peppermint extract; stir evenly.
  • Pour espresso into a mug first.
  • Slowly add the chocolate mint milk.
  • Garnish with shaved vegan dark chocolate if desired.
