Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Mousse

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin bloomed in 1 tbsp cold water

For the Topping

  • ½ cup crushed biscotti
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee Mousse

  • Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Stir in dissolved espresso and vanilla extract.
  • Melt bloomed gelatin and gently fold it into the mixture.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.

Assemble the Dessert

  • Spoon coffee mousse into serving glasses.
  • Sprinkle crushed biscotti on top.
  • Dust with cocoa powder for extra depth.
  • Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
