- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
