1 shot espresso
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

For a softer texture add extra milk, while less liquid creates a thicker drink. Freeze leftovers into cubes for iced coffee later. Stir gently during assembly to keep the foam airy. Customize with cinnamon, caramel, or peppermint. Store refrigerated up to one day and whisk before serving.
