Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chilled brewed coffee
  • 2 cups vegan eggnog
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coconut whipped topping optional, 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee earlier and chill 2 cups brewed coffee completely.
  • Fill two glasses with 1/2 cup ice cubes each.
  • Pour 1 cup chilled coffee into each glass.
  • Add 1 cup vegan eggnog per glass.
  • Stir in 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract per serving.
  • Mix gently until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with coconut whipped topping if desired.
