Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
Stir in brown sugar, coconut oil, espresso, vanilla, and milk.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
Fold in chopped walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack.
Mix powdered sugar, espresso, and non-dairy milk to make glaze.
Drizzle glaze over cooled bread and let it set. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
