Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 wooden spoon or spatula
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 8x8 inch baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter together.
  • Add in the sweetened condensed milk, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours.
  • Once set, remove the fudge from the dish and cut it into small pieces.
