Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 10 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp espresso or strong coffee
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pulse hazelnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
  • Add dates, espresso, cocoa, vanilla, chia seeds, and salt. Blend until sticky dough forms.
  • Scoop out portions and roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
