- ½ cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp brewed espresso cooled
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Blend cashews and oats in a food processor until finely ground.
