Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp espresso brewed and cooled
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp flax or chia seeds optional for extra nutrition

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, espresso, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and seeds until fully mixed.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Store in an airtight container or eat immediately. Self-control is optional.
