Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds raw
  • 1 cup cashews raw
  • ¼ cup pecans halved
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup dried cherries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, espresso powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir over low heat until smooth.
  • Toss almonds, cashews, and pecans in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let nuts cool completely before mixing with chocolate and dried cherries.
