Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee frozen into cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder optional
  • ½ cup extra ice cubes optional, for texture

Instructions
 

  • Freeze brewed coffee in an ice tray overnight.
  • Add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 frozen banana into a blender.
  • Drop in 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder.
  • Toss in 2 tablespoons shredded coconut and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Add 6–8 frozen coffee cubes.
  • Sweeten with 1 tablespoon maple syrup if needed.
  • Add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder for richness.
  • Blend until frosty, creamy, and thick.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with shredded coconut and sip like the goddess of frozen energy.
