Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk or oat milk
  • 6 Oreo-style vegan cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 ½ cups vegan vanilla ice cream to blender.
  • Pour in 1 ¼ cups almond milk.
  • Add 6 Oreo-style cookies.
  • Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Toss in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup if you prefer sweeter.
  • Blend until thick and frosty.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with cookie crumbs.
  • Serve immediately with straw or spoon.
