  • Strong brewed coffee cooled: 240 ml
  • Full-fat coconut milk: 400 ml
  • Coconut cream: 200 ml
  • Maple syrup: 4 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 small pinch

Instructions
 

  • Add cooled coffee, coconut milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container evenly.
  • Freeze for 2 hours, then stir thoroughly to break ice crystals.
  • Freeze again for 3 hours until firm yet scoopable.
  • Scoop confidently and serve immediately.
