Ingredients
  

  • Frozen mango chunks – 1 ½ cups
  • Banana ripe, medium – 1
  • Fresh ginger grated – 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp optional
  • Ice cubes – 3–4 if needed for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks to blender.
  • Peel and add 1 ripe banana.
  • Grate and add 1 tsp fresh ginger.
  • Pour in 1 cup almond milk.
  • Add 1 tbsp maple syrup if you like sweetness.
  • Drop in 3–4 ice cubes if you want it extra cold.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with mint or mango slices.
  • Sip proudly, pretending it’s a tropical escape.
