- Frozen mango chunks – 1 ½ cups
- Banana ripe, medium – 1
- Fresh ginger grated – 1 tsp
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
- Maple syrup – 1 tbsp optional
- Ice cubes – 3–4 if needed for extra chill
Add 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks to blender.
Peel and add 1 ripe banana.
Grate and add 1 tsp fresh ginger.
Pour in 1 cup almond milk.
Add 1 tbsp maple syrup if you like sweetness.
Drop in 3–4 ice cubes if you want it extra cold.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
