Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled or frozen cubes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream optional for creamier texture

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and chill completely.
  • Add coffee or coffee ice cubes into blender.
  • Add peanut butter and milk.
  • Add sweetener if desired.
  • Add ice cubes and optional ice cream.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Serve immediately.
