Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup chilled coffee into blender.
  • Add 1 frozen banana.
  • Spoon in 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
  • Add 1 cup almond milk.
  • Sweeten with 1 tablespoon maple syrup if desired.
  • Add 1 ½ cups ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frosty.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with crushed peanuts or cacao nibs if fancy.
