- 1 shot espresso cooled or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Add 1 cup almond milk to blender.
Pour in 1 cooled espresso shot or coffee.
Spoon in ½ cup pumpkin purée.
Toss in 1 large frozen banana.
Sweeten with 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
Drop in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
