Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 shot espresso cooled or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup almond milk to blender.
  • Pour in 1 cooled espresso shot or coffee.
  • Spoon in ½ cup pumpkin purée.
  • Toss in 1 large frozen banana.
  • Sweeten with 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  • Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • Drop in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Throw in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until thick, smooth, and frosty.
  • Serve cold with a sprinkle of spice.
