A decadent vegan 7brew-style coffee inspired by German chocolate cake flavors, combining cocoa, coconut sweetness, and smooth brewed coffee.

Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee: 300 ml
  • Unsweetened oat milk: 180 ml
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan chocolate syrup: 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut cream: 50 ml
  • Coconut sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add cocoa powder and whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Add chocolate syrup, coconut sugar, coconut cream, and sea salt.
  • Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until smooth and glossy.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Pour brewed coffee evenly into two mugs or glasses.
  • Add the chocolate coconut mixture on top.
  • Stir gently and serve warm, or pour over ice if preferred.
