Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee 480 ml
  • 1 cup oat milk 240 ml
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup oat milk (240 ml) in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in 2 teaspoons maple syrup, ½ teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and pinch nutmeg.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  • Froth spiced milk mixture for 30 seconds.
  • Pour coffee evenly into mugs.
  • Add gingerbread milk mixture and serve warm.
