  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

For the Grilled Chicken Tacos:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  • Let chicken rest before slicing it thinly.
  • Warm tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • Assemble tacos with grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, salsa, and a sprinkle of cilantro.

For the Coffee Brownies:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cooled coffee. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let brownies cool before slicing.
