- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
For the Grilled Shrimp:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Coat the shrimp in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and set aside.
For the Coffee Brownies:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and coffee.
Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
