Ingredients
  

Coffee Base

  • 2 cups brewed coffee hot and strong
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant based
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder use favorite brand
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for topping
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

Optional Add Ins

Instructions
 

  • Brew the coffee and warm the milk if serving hot. Gather ingredients before blending.
  • Add coffee, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon. The drink should feel silky with no powdery texture.

Notes

Blend briefly for a thinner texture or longer for extra foam. Use less milk for a stronger flavor and crisp finish, or more milk for softness and creaminess. Freeze leftover coffee into cubes for future drinks. Stir gently when assembling iced versions to keep the texture smooth. Add cocoa, nutmeg, or caramel extracts for flavor variety.
