  • 2 tbsp almond butter optional
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup adjust to taste

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, coffee, yogurt, almond butter and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Check texture. Add extra frozen fruit for a firmer bowl or more coffee for a softer consistency.
  • Scoop the smoothie into bowls and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
  • Top with granola, blueberries and chia seeds. Serve immediately or freeze briefly for a colder texture.

Notes

Use more frozen fruit for a soft thick bowl and keep granola separate if you prefer crispy toppings. Freeze leftovers in airtight containers. Assemble quickly to maintain texture. Customize flavors with nut butters or berries. Store frozen and thaw slightly before serving.
