- 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
- 2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies for the base
- 4 tbsp melted butter for the base
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
- Fresh strawberries optional for garnish
Prepare the Base: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Layer Chocolate Ice Cream: Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the cookie base, smoothing the surface. Freeze for 1 hour.
Add Vanilla Ice Cream: Spread the vanilla layer evenly on top of the chocolate layer. Freeze again for 1 hour.
Finish with Strawberry Ice Cream: Spread the strawberry layer smoothly over the vanilla. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top and Garnish: Spread whipped cream over the frozen cake and garnish with fresh strawberries for flair.
