Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies for the base
  • 4 tbsp melted butter for the base
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh strawberries optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Layer Chocolate Ice Cream: Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the cookie base, smoothing the surface. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Add Vanilla Ice Cream: Spread the vanilla layer evenly on top of the chocolate layer. Freeze again for 1 hour.
  • Finish with Strawberry Ice Cream: Spread the strawberry layer smoothly over the vanilla. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top and Garnish: Spread whipped cream over the frozen cake and garnish with fresh strawberries for flair.
  • Serve: Slice and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer.
