Ingredients
  

  • Fresh brewed coffee or espresso 2 cups
  • Vegan milk oat/almond/soy 1¼ cups
  • Maple syrup or vegan honey substitute 1–1.5 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups strong coffee, warm and bold.
  • Heat 1¼ cups vegan milk, froth until soft and creamy.
  • Mix 1–1.5 tbsp maple/vegan honey syrup into coffee.
  • Add ¼ tsp cinnamon and optional vanilla, stir gently.
  • Pour milk slowly, let foam sit proudly like a crown.
