Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee 480 ml
  • 1 cup oat milk 240 ml
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons vegan honey alternative agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee (480 ml) using preferred method.
  • Heat 1 cup oat milk (240 ml) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Whisk in 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons agave syrup, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Froth pumpkin cinnamon milk mixture for 30 seconds.
  • Pour coffee evenly into mugs.
  • Add spiced milk mixture and foam on top before serving.
