Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine 750 ml
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle white wine, 2 sliced Honeycrisp apples, 1 sliced orange, and 1 sliced lemon.
  • Add Brandy and Honey: Stir in 1/4 cup brandy and 1/4 cup honey until well mixed.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve: Before serving, add 2 cups of sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish: Serve over ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
