Ingredients
  

For Hot Chocolate:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream optional for extra richness
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips for extra indulgence

For Marshmallow Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  • While the cookies bake, heat milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and chocolate chips in a pot or microwave.
  • Whisk until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
  • Serve the cookies warm with your hot chocolate.
