Equipment

  • Milk frother
  • Saucepan
  • Measuring cups
  • coffee mug
  • Spoon

Ingredients

Coffee Base

  • 2 shots espresso freshly brewed
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup adjust sweetness if needed
  • 1 cup milk whole or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream optional topping

Instructions

  • Brew the espresso until rich and fragrant. Pour it into two mugs with vanilla syrup and brown sugar.
  • Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Avoid boiling so the texture stays silky and smooth.
  • Froth the warm milk until fluffy with tiny bubbles. Pour it slowly over the espresso mixture.
  • Top each latte with whipped cream and cinnamon. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

Notes

For a softer flavor, add extra milk and reduce espresso slightly. Use less froth for a smoother texture or whip extra foam for a thicker finish. Chill leftover espresso cubes for frozen drinks later. Customize flavors with caramel, hazelnut, or pumpkin spice. Store unused syrup refrigerated for one week.
