Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan ice cream vanilla or coconut flavor
  • 1 shot 30 ml espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons vegan caramel syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: vegan whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Scoop 1 cup vegan ice cream into the blender.
  • Pour in 1 shot espresso or strong coffee.
  • Add 2 tablespoons vegan caramel syrup.
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Toss in ½ cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
