Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 shot 30 ml espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegan whipped cream
  • Optional: extra caramel drizzle for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup oat milk into a blender.
  • Add ½ cup rolled oats for texture and fiber boost.
  • Mix in 1 shot espresso or strong coffee.
  • Blend in 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup.
  • Include ½ cup ice cubes for a chilled consistency.
  • Blend until creamy, smooth, and slightly frothy.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Optionally, top with ¼ cup vegan whipped cream.
  • Garnish with caramel drizzle if desired.
