Ingredients

  • 1 shot 30 ml espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons vegan caramel syrup
  • ½ cup almond or oat milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup vegan whipped cream
  • Optional: extra caramel syrup for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Scoop 1 cup vegan ice cream into the blender.
  • Add 1 shot espresso or strong coffee.
