Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee 2 tbsp
  • Coconut sugar 1½ tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Oat milk cold 1½ cups
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes 1–1½ cups
  • Maple syrup optional 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Whisk 2 tbsp coffee + 1½ tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp hot water until thick and whipped.
  • Add ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp vanilla, continue whisking like it owes you rent.
  • Fill glass with ice + 1½ cups cold oat milk.
  • Spoon cinnamon whip over the top.
  • Sweeten with 1 tsp maple syrup if you want luxury.
