- Coconut sugar 1½ tbsp
- Hot water 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Oat milk cold 1½ cups
- Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
- Ice cubes 1–1½ cups
- Maple syrup optional 1 tsp
Whisk 2 tbsp coffee + 1½ tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp hot water until thick and whipped.
Add ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp vanilla, continue whisking like it owes you rent.
Fill glass with ice + 1½ cups cold oat milk.
Spoon cinnamon whip over the top.
Sweeten with 1 tsp maple syrup if you want luxury.
