Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee cooled: 240 ml
  • Unsweetened coconut milk: 300 ml
  • Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Toasted coconut flakes optional garnish: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee strong, then cool completely before using.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to cooled coffee, stirring well.
  • Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
  • Pour coffee mixture over ice, dividing equally.
  • Add 150 ml coconut milk into each glass gently.
  • Stir lightly and garnish with coconut flakes if feeling tropical.
