Ingredients
Strong brewed coffee
cooled: 240 ml
Unsweetened coconut milk: 300 ml
Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
Ice cubes: 1½ cups
Toasted coconut flakes
optional garnish: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Brew coffee strong, then cool completely before using.
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to cooled coffee, stirring well.
Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
Pour coffee mixture over ice, dividing equally.
Add 150 ml coconut milk into each glass gently.
Stir lightly and garnish with coconut flakes if feeling tropical.
