  • Cold water: ½ cup
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Oat milk or almond milk: ½ cup
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1–2 teaspoons optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew two espresso shots strong and unapologetic.
  • Let espresso cool slightly for one minute.
  • Fill each glass with ice cubes evenly.
