Ingredients
  

  • Freshly brewed espresso – ½ cup 2 shots
  • Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1½ tbsp soaked in ¼ cup water for 10 minutes
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – 1 cup
  • Vegan chocolate syrup – 1 tbsp optional for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
  • Brew espresso and let it cool slightly.
  • Add espresso, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Toss in ice cubes and the soaked chia seeds.
  • Blend until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
  • Pour into glasses, drizzle vegan chocolate syrup, and sip your way to inner peace and outer glow.
