Ingredients
  

  • Freshly brewed espresso – ½ cup 2 shots
  • Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Vegan dark chocolate chips – 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – 5–6
  • Vegan whipped cream – optional for topping
  • Vegan chocolate syrup – 1 tbsp optional drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso and let it cool slightly.
  • In a blender, add espresso, almond milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
  • Toss in vanilla extract, ice cubes, and half the chocolate chips.
  • Blend until creamy but slightly chunky from the chips.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your serving glass for café drama.
  • Pour the shake, top with vegan whipped cream, and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
