A light, vegan iced whipped coffee infused with vanilla, layered over chilled plant milk, smooth, airy, and quietly powerful.

Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cane sugar or coconut sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened oat milk cold: 300 ml
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a bowl.
  • Whisk continuously for 3–5 minutes until thick, pale, and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract into the whipped mixture.
  • Whisk gently for 15 seconds to blend evenly.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour 150 ml cold oat milk into each glass.
  • Spoon vanilla whipped coffee generously over milk.
  • Stir gently before sipping, or admire the layers first.
