  • Strong brewed coffee ¾ cup
  • Oat milk or any vegan milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1–1.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
  • Pinch of instant coffee ⅛ tsp
  • Optional — vegan cream/foam 2–3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup oat milk on low flame.
  • Whisk in 1 tbsp cocoa + brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add ¼ tsp vanilla and ⅛ tsp instant coffee for richness.
  • Pour ¾ cup brewed coffee into two mugs.
  • Top with mocha mix and finish with vegan foam for drama.
