  • Avocado: 1/2 peeled and pitted
  • Spinach leaves: 1 cup
  • Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • MCT oil: 1 tbsp optional
  • Ice cubes: 1/2 cup
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener: 1/2 tsp optional
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Scoop avocado into the blender.
  • Add spinach, chia seeds, and a splash of lemon juice.
