- Avocado: 1/2 peeled and pitted

- MCT oil optional: 1 tbsp
- Cocoa powder unsweetened: 1 tbsp

- Ice cubes: 1/2 cup
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener: 1/2 tsp optional
Scoop the avocado into the blender.
