Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 shot 30 ml espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegan whipped cream low-carb version
  • Optional: extra sugar-free caramel for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup almond milk into the blender.
  • Add 1 shot espresso or strong coffee.
  • Mix in 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup.
  • Add ½ cup ice cubes for chilled texture.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Optionally, top with ¼ cup low-carb vegan whipped cream.
  • Drizzle extra sugar-free caramel syrup if desired.
