Ingredients
  

  • v2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease Bundt pan.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and milk.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder with boiling water.
  • Spoon alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate batter into the pan.
  • Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
