- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease Bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
Stir in vanilla extract and milk.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder with boiling water.
Spoon alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate batter into the pan.
